The Warp 9 Racing Titanium Swing Arm Bolt for KTM is a lightweight, high-strength replacement swingarm spindle designed for a wide range of KTM off-road models (select Bike Model variants listed). Each bolt is CNC machined from solid titanium bar stock and uses rolled threads rather than cut threads for a smoother, stronger thread and more consistent torque feel. A forged bolt head adds strength compared with standard CNC-cut heads. This titanium bolt is stated to be 45-50% lighter weight than the OEM swingarm bolt (OEM weight 10 OZ) and retains the OEM aluminum nut, transferred from the original bolt during installation. NOTE: has D cut end style.
CNC machined from solid titanium bar stock and specified as 6Al-4v titanium, this swingarm bolt is built for strength with reduced weight. It is stated to be 45-50% lighter weight than the OEM swingarm bolt, while still serving as the primary swingarm spindle for compatible KTM models.
The threads are rolled threads, not cut like some brands. Rolled threads provide a stronger and smoother thread and also provide a more accurate torque setting, helping the bolt install and tighten more consistently during swingarm service.
The heads on the swingarm bolts are forged, giving a far stronger head than standard CNC cut heads. This design focuses strength where tools contact the bolt, and it is supplied in a 17mm size for the head.
