The Cortech Versa-Tec Jacket is a bomber-inspired motorcycle riding jacket built for everyday riding, pairing a streamlined look with tested protection and practical features.
It uses a 450-denier nylon chassis and is abrasion, impact, and tear tested, CE-Certified Class A EN 17092-4. Included Armanox® shoulder and elbow armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, and the included Armanox® back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1. A zip-out Aqua-Barrier® waterproof/breathable full-sleeve liner adds flexibility for changing conditions, while reflective inserts help visibility in low light.
Included
Versa-Tec comes with Armanox® armor in the shoulders, elbows, and back. The shoulder and elbow pieces are impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.1, Level 1, and the back armor is impact tested and CE certified to EN 1621.2, Level 1. The jacket itself is abrasion, impact, and tear tested, CE-Certified Class A EN 17092-4.
Construction
For changing conditions, the jacket uses an Aqua-Barrier® waterproof/breathable zip-out full-sleeve liner. A waterproof internal cell phone pocket helps keep essentials protected when the liner is in use, while the outer jacket maintains the clean bomber profile for everyday wear.
Comfort
A performance fit with rolled shoulders plus pre-curved, rotated sleeves helps the jacket sit naturally in a riding position. 4-way stretch panels at the shoulders and elbows support movement, and rib-knit cuffs, collar, and waistband keep the bomber-inspired feel. An Ideal® Mag-Zip magnetic main zipper simplifies closing up.
Construction
The Versa-Tec Jacket blends traditional bomber cues with motorcycle-specific construction. Rib-knit cuffs, collar, and waistband reinforce the classic silhouette while supporting a secure fit, and hidden arm snaps add a clean finish. Storage is handled with YKK® zippered hand and chest pockets, plus a waterproof internal cell phone pocket. Reflective inserts on the front, back, and arms add visibility for lower-light rides.
