The Warp 9 Jackshaft is a greaseable replacement jackshaft designed for Sur-Ron Light Bee and select E Ride Pro applications, offering a durable upgrade built around a 7075T6 aluminum main body. It features 2 offset grease ports to make servicing easier and includes snap-on grease port covers to help keep dirt out between maintenance intervals. Inside, it runs on Quantity 4 high-load NSK bearings (6000RS) that are custom-made ABEC 5 for long working life compared to low-grade bearings. It includes 2 new seals and T30 Torx bolts for both sprocket and belt side hardware, and it’s compatible with belt drive, 420 chain drive kits, and 219 chain drive kits.
Built with 2 offset grease ports, this jackshaft is designed to be serviced without full disassembly. Snap-on grease port covers are included to protect the ports when not in use, helping reduce contamination and keeping routine lubrication straightforward.
Uses Quantity 4 high-load NSK bearings (6000RS). These bearings are custom-made ABEC 5, which is specified to ensure long working life compared to low-grade bearings. The jackshaft also includes 2 new seals to support proper sealing in operation.
Designed to work with multiple drivetrain setups, including belt drive, 420 chain drive kits, and 219 chain drive kits. T30 Torx bolts are included for both the sprocket and belt side, supporting a clean installation with the correct style of fastener.

We have just been made aware that the newer E-Ride Pro 2.0 bikes have changed their jackshaft bolt size to 12mm, meaning our jackshaft is no longer compatible with these models.
Will not fit E-ride Pro bikes with 12mm jackshaft bolt.
