The Warp 9 Racing Warp Drive is a Surron final-drive conversion kit designed to replace the stock belt setup with a 420 chain drive while keeping the final drive ratio the same as the OEM belt drive. It includes 2 dampened sprockets made from EDM coated black steel to help manage drive noise and vibration, plus a KMC 420 O ring chain with 42 links and a master clip for installation. While any chain setup is louder than a belt drive, this kit is stated to be 10-15 decibels quieter than other aftermarket 420 chain drive kits on the market, offering a more refined chain-drive option for your Surron.
This kit includes 2 dampened sprockets in EDM coated black steel. The damping feature is intended to reduce noise and harshness compared with typical chain-drive conversions, while the EDM coated black steel construction supports durability for drivetrain use.
Warp Drive is designed so the final drive ratio is the same as the OEM belt drive. That means you can convert to a chain drive without changing the overall gearing relationship from stock, preserving the same final drive ratio you’re used to with the OEM belt setup.
Included in the kit is a KMC 420 O ring chain with 42 links and a master clip. The supplied chain length and master clip are provided to support straightforward installation as part of the complete Warp Drive conversion package.
